Went to Capstone with some nerve pain in my left side hip radiating all the way to my foot. I went in thinking I'd have to make an appointment or even wait for insurance ok, but I was evaluated and received my first treatment that afternoon. My therapist Jacqueline put me on track with the right stretches and exercises at the facility and at home to get me feeling better with time and patience. Everyone here is personable, upbeat and experienced. My only regret was trying to work thru the pain and not going to them sooner.
