Mark Donathan


Mark Donathan, PT

Mark has been a practicing physical therapist since earning a Master’s degree from Temple University in 1999. He has advanced training in orthopedic physical therapy techniques and practices, including many hands-on, manual therapy approaches. Mark has always had an interest in providing therapy services in an environment where the focus of care is on wellness. He opened Capstone in 2007, locating the practice in a community fitness facility in order to help his clients continue to improve their health after physical therapy is completed.

Brian Kirby, MSPT, FAFS, FMR Certified​

Brian graduated from College Misericordia with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 2000. He later completed two post-graduate years studying under Gary Gray, earning a Fellowship of Applied Functional Science and a certification in Functional Manual Reaction at the Gray Institute. Throughout his career Brian has worked closely with orthopedic surgeons and non-operative sport and spine physicians and is up to date on the latest treatment strategies in functional rehabilitation.

Jacquelyn Dittmeier


Jacquelyn Dittmeier, PT

Jacquelyn graduated from Misericordia University in 2019 earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Jacquelyn joined Capstone in late 2022 and brings experience with vestibular rehabilitation and other neurological treatments including Parkinson’s disease. She has earned her VR level 1 vestibular and concussion certification and is a PWR! Moves certified therapist specifically for treating those with Parkinson’s disease.  Jackie enjoys treating patients from a full body approach and helping them regain function to return to their activities safely.  

Leonia Glover, LMT

Leonia has been a Massage Therapist since graduating from DPT Business School in 2008. She has been training in a Spa, Medical and Fitness setting, assisting Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Estheticians in the last 10 years. Leonia is certificated in deep tissue massage, cupping, sports massage, trigger point and Kinesio Taping. She also studied in personal training, nutrition, Thai and Shiatsu. Leonia is always looking to enhance her skills to give her clients a move helpful experience because she is invested in their health and well-being not just their business.

Ray Robinson


Ray Robinson

Ray is a professional fighter from Philadelphia ranked as high as #6 in the world in his weight class.  He continues to train in hopes of winning a World Title.   Ray has a passion for helping the youth in our community and is using his unique skill set to provide boxing-centered fitness classes at Capstone.  He wishes to be a positive influence and role model for young people in Philadelphia and give them an opportunity to participate in an activity that he knows helped him become the man he is today.  Ray also provides individual training to adults across a broad spectrum of fitness levels, including athletes, people with Parkinson’s disease or Down’s Syndrome (who can benefit greatly from boxing-centered exercise activity), and seniors who wish to maintain or improve their fitness after physical therapy has ended.
